All developers are busy at Axcito. We live in constant change. The psychological stress of change can be dealt with, but the main effect of change is a time expenditure for a learning curve. New software, a new Website, a new car, a detour to work, new rules to follow, all require time to learn.

    The article highlights an important aspect of working in a constantly changing environment: even when people can handle the psychological impact of change, adapting to new tools, systems, rules, or processes still requires time. The learning curve associated with each change can therefore become a significant part of everyday work.

    This idea is particularly relevant to students preparing for Major Project for CSE Final Year, where learning new technologies and applying them to a practical project can require considerable time and adjustment.

    Understanding how technology changes create new learning requirements also connects with exploring different Domains for CSE, since each domain can introduce its own tools, techniques, and development practices that students need to learn.
